ShyneeThese terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through shyneecardboard.com (the "Site"), operated by Josh Jones, trading as Shynee Cardboard ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Shynee Cardboard is operated by Josh Jones, trading as Shynee Cardboard, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@shyneecardboard.com.
2. Products
We sell Pokémon trading card singles, sealed product (booster packs, boxes, ETBs, etc.) and professionally graded cards. We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately, including condition, edition and any flaws.
Where a card has been graded by a third-party grading company (such as PSA or CGC), the grade shown is assigned by that company, not by us. We are not responsible for grading decisions, but we will accurately describe the grade and certification number shown on the item as supplied to us.
Sealed product is sold as factory sealed at the time of listing. We cannot guarantee the contents of sealed packs, boxes or other sealed items, as this is determined by the manufacturer.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We try to ensure all prices are accurate, but if we discover a pricing error on an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing your order to give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.
Payment is taken securely via Stripe at the time of order. We do not store your card details.
4. Order acceptance
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation from Stripe. This confirms we've received your order, but does not guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed once we dispatch your order, or send you confirmation that it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer available — in which case we'll provide a full refund.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed.
6. Your right to cancel (UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email us at hello@shyneecardboard.com with your order number.
You'll need to return the item to us in the same condition you received it, at your own cost, within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We'll refund the price you paid (including original delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or evidence that you've sent it back.

7. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't match its description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — this matches your "short-term right to reject" under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Depending on the issue, we'll offer a replacement, repair (where appropriate) or full refund, including return postage. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your other statutory rights.
8. Authenticity
We guarantee that every card and sealed item we sell is genuine. If you believe an item you've purchased from us is not authentic, contact us immediately — we'll investigate and, where appropriate, provide a full refund.
9. Risk and title
Risk in an item passes to you when it is delivered to the address you provided. Title (ownership) passes to you once we've received payment in full.
10. Intellectual property
Pokémon, Pokémon character names, and all related images and trademarks are © and ™ The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures Inc. Shynee Cardboard is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies. All other content on this Site, including text, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
