  • Contact form: when you message us via our Contact page, we receive your name, email address, subject and message content.
  • Newsletter sign-up: if you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address.
  • Orders: when you place an order, checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, shipping address and order details so we can fulfil your order. We do not see or store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.
  • Automatically collected data: our hosting provider (Netlify) may collect basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, as part of its normal operation.

How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

  • process and fulfil your orders, including shipping and customer service;
  • respond to enquiries sent via our contact form;
  • send you marketing emails about new products and restocks, but only if you've subscribed to our newsletter — you can unsubscribe at any time;
  • keep records for accounting, tax and legal purposes;
  • keep our website secure and prevent fraud.

Our legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

  • Contract: processing your order, payment and delivery details so we can fulfil a purchase.
  • Consent: sending you marketing emails after you've signed up to our newsletter.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and fulfil orders:

  • Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions (contact form and newsletter sign-up). See Netlify's privacy policy.
  • Royal Mail / couriers — your name and delivery address are shared with our shipping providers so they can deliver your order.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our payment processor (Stripe) and hosting provider (Netlify) may set strictly necessary cookies as part of processing payments and form submissions. We do not currently use any analytics tools — if that changes in future, we'll update this section to describe what's used and why.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by UK tax law (currently 6 years). Contact form messages and newsletter sign-ups are kept only for as long as needed to respond to you or until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing;
  • withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time.
