Order processing
Orders are checked, packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed. During busy periods (new set releases, restocks) this may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number where the chosen shipping method includes one. Singles sent via untracked Royal Mail post do not include tracking.
Packaging
Singles are sleeved and placed in a toploader or card saver before shipping. Sealed product and graded slabs are securely boxed to prevent damage in transit.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@shyneecardboard.com with your order number (and photos, for damaged items). For tracked items, we'll open an investigation with the courier; for untracked items, we'll do our best to help but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund where there's no proof of non-delivery.
Returns & cancellations
You can cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — see our Terms & Conditions for the full policy. To start a return:
- Email hello@shyneecardboard.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm the return and provide a return address.
- Pack the item securely, in the same condition you received it (including any sleeves, toploaders or packaging), and send it back within 14 days.
- Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described — in which case we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and security reasons, sealed product (booster packs, boxes, ETBs) that has been opened cannot be returned unless faulty. Graded slabs must be returned in their original, undamaged grading case to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping costs are refunded for cancellations made under your 14-day right to cancel; for other returns, only the item price is refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
